CPM is an independently-owned advisory and project management consultancy delivering value across the entire project lifecycle to clients in the infrastructure and building sectors.
Established in 2005, we have grown steadily, building a team of experienced professionals who consistently uphold our mission of “Unlocking Hidden Value” for our clients and their stakeholders.
CPM operates out of Tasmania and Queensland, previously providing project management and engineering services to a wide variety of government clients including the Australian Antarctic Division, Port of Brisbane, Seqwater and Department of Main Roads and Transport in QLD. Our team have experience delivering infrastructure across a wide range of sectors including Transportation/Civil/Marine, Utilities/Energy, Water/Dams, Social Infrastructure, and Renewables along with projects in cold climate regions, including on ground experience in Antarctica.
