AusIndustry operates a network of Regional Managers across the country who are connected to their local regions, communities and industries and provide support for local businesses to grow and innovate.

Regional Managers provide impartial, trusted guidance, tailored to local businesses.

Regional Managers will take time to listen and understand business needs and identify government support mechanisms to enable growth opportunities. They nurture partnerships and networks, provide connections, and help businesses navigate local, state and Commonwealth government.

The business.gov.au 13 28 46 Contact Centre is a resource for the Australian business community. They support business by connecting customers to government information, services and business support.

The experienced team of contact centre agents handle enquiries via three channels – phone, email and webchat. They are the first point of contact for queries about grants, programs and general business information.

The contact centre operates Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Australia-wide, and handles customer enquiries via phone, email and webchat.
